If you’ve been following my story you already know that I’ve been possessed with fear of public speaking for as far as I can remember.
Well guess what? Last week Tuesday I did my big presentation without fear! Thanks to Morty Lefkoe and the lefkoe Method I got rid of my phobia and all it’s symptoms in less than 4.5 hours of actual work in 2 days total.

Honestly, as I waited for my time to present I was on the way to being a nervous wreck. I’d done a lot of research and put so much trust in the lefkoe method that I couldn’t have imagined that I would have done if it had failed me. I was prepared to be angry and demand my refund, had it not worked. Then after my introduction I stood up without fear, walked to the podium without fear and spoke without fear for at least 10 minutes!
I felt like all hope of fearless public speaking would be gone if this hadn’t worked but as soon as I got up to speak my fears went away - it was time to prove that it worked. Not once did my heart beat fast, not once were my palms sweaty… I was as calm as if I were talking to my sister.

Don’t Underestimate The Power Of Squidoo
Squidoo is freakin kool I tell you!
So i joined squidoo a year ago and immediately created a lense/squidoo page because Ihad heard about the money making potential. That was the last time I visited that page.
In April 2008 I checked my squidoo account because I was reminded once more that it was a money maker. Low and behold my Squidoo balance was a whoppin $0.29!
I’m not even trying to be sarcastic here. Without doing anything to the page and not even trying to promote it. Despite that I’d gotten 156 visitors and $0.29.
Do you see the potential here? What if I actually worked this thing and learned a thing or two about how to increase my earnings? $0.29 is a lot for zero effort.
Now there are squidooers out there who are earning hundreds to thousands per month on squidoo, so since i’m already a blogger might as well take advantage of the opportunity. Heck I’m so motivated now I’m keeping a daily journal so I can share my results with the world and fellow ambitious ones.

Importing Old Emails Into Gmail
If you’re an info hog like I am you probably have every single email you’ve ever sent or received saved and categorized including the spam. Yea, I have a special $$ making plan for my spam folder… Anywho, Now that i’m a gmail crusader & especially because gmail allows me to categorize, label and search emails so effectively and efficiently I’m importing all of my old saved emails from outlook express into my gmail account.
Here is how you do it:
Step 1 - login into your gmail account. Look at the top right hand corner of the page and click on “settings”.
Step 2 - Click on the tab “Forwarding and POP/IMAP”
Step 3 - scroll down to “IMAP Acces” and select “Enable IMAP”. Click on Save Changes.
Step 4 - Now it’s time to configure your mail software whether it’s an iPhone or outlook express google has instructions on exactly how to setup your device HERE. After following those instructions continue with Step 5
Step 5 - After configuring your mail client/mail device/or mail software you will be able to download the emails you already have in your gmail account unto your mail client. Mine is outlook express so all my gmail email email & labels downloaded.
Step 6 - I was then able to drag and drop folders and emails alike into folders in my gmail account.
It’s pretty much the same structure as when you are using outlook express to access your hotmail account. You can drag and drop or move or copy. Either way you can transfer all of your archived emails into your gmail account so you can search for them at any point in time.

Here’s my story: Today I wanted to send a reminder text message to my friend. Usually I hate texting because of all the button punches it takes to send a semi-long message. This is when Jott came to the rescue…

- After the beep I spoke my message into my cell phone
- Jott automatically transcribed my vioce message so that my friend melissa received the exact message as a text message.

How To Upload Any File (photos, music, document)
The idea behind uploading a file is to transfer that file, whether it’s a photo, music or document, from your computer to the internet.
Once you’ve uploaded a file you can share it with friends only or you can make it public for the whole world to see. Uploading allows you to add your own music and pictures to your website or myspace.
Try It!
- Click on the image below - it will open in a new page.
- Right click on the image. Click on save as.
- Save the image to your desktop
- Click on http://www.freeimagehosting.net
- Click on browse
- Search for the image redtruck.jpg on your desktop (if you saved it there)
- Click”Upload Image”
- Congrats You Did It!
http://www.freeimagehosting.net will give you several preformated code options to post your newly uploaded picture to a blog or website.
If you would like free image hosting signup for a free account @ http://www.freeimagehosting.net. If you upload your personal pictures without signing up for an account you would not be able to keep track or manage of your pictures.

The Secret to Opening A .pdf File When You Don’t Have A PDF Reader
Yesterday my friend Janell received some paper work via email from a potential employer. She received 5 documents ending in .pdf.

The computer she was using didn’t have the software (Adobe Readstep Reader) to open the file. Therefore she called me in panicked frenzy…ok not quite a frenzy but it sounded good right?
I gave her two recommendations
Recommendation #1: Download Adobe Readstep Reader. This free software was created by the makers of Abode pdf for opening .pdf files. You can also call it a pdf file reader.
Recomendation #2: Fwd or send the file to your gmail account. WHY? Whenever a .pdf or .doc file is sent to your gmail email account you have the option to view the file in html. This means that it automatically converts the .pdf file to website format. Which makes it easy for you to view - just like a website.
Both Options are free. Get Gmail email or get Adobe Reader

How To Never Loose A Document Due To A PC Crash
My friend Janel had been writing a series of soap operas for a few years but ended up loosing all her work due to a computer crash. J. doesn’t have a flash drive yet so I gave her this nifty suggestion for never loosing a document.
Recommendation #1 - Save your document in google docs. Google docs allows you to upload, create & save documents in your google online account. This way, even if your computer crash you or if you’re half way around the world you will still have access to your files. Google docs even gives you a private email address so my friend J. has the option to email her soap opera series into her google docs account without having to log into her google docs account. Recommendation #2 - Save your documents in google notepad. Google notepad is more simplistic because it doesn’t give you all the fancy formatting options. But it’s a good way to save quick notes or journals quickly. It also saves while you write so even if you loose your internet connection you won’t loose your document. Signup Free Here
Recommendation #3 - Get a flash drive. Flash Drives have quickly replaced floppy disks because they’re about the size of your thumb and they can hold 100+ times more documents/music/pictures/or anything digital than a floppy disk. Some new computers don’t even have the old floppy drive anymore. Flash drives use the usb port on your computer so you know you can plug it in at any computer knowing that it would work. Yea, they do call it a thumb drive too.

RSS Explained In Steps
I received an email from my friend asking me what the 
button at the right hand corner of my blog was for and I explained to her that clicking that button would allow her to get updates from my blog through an rss reader. That’s when I lost her. So I dug up this video which explains rss in plain english.
RSS means Real Simple Syndication.
